The Aorthea Health platform ("Platform") utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help users process, summarize, and manage health information. The AI is a companion tool, meaning it operates strictly as an assistant to aid your personal understanding or to help you prepare information for your licensed healthcare professional. It does not replace the doctor-patient relationship.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of the Platform, including communication with the AI companion, exploring health frameworks, or reading any content generated by or associated with Aorthea Health Inc., does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other privileged healthcare professional relationship between you and Aorthea Health Inc.

3. Limitation of Liability and Malpractice Protection

Given the global nature of the Aorthea Health platform, this section strictly limits our liability under international laws. By utilizing our Services, you explicitly agree that:

  • Information Accuracy: While we strive for high-quality AI outputs, Aorthea Health Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any health-related information generated by the AI companion. Medical knowledge evolves rapidly, and AI can hallucinate or present outdated data.
  • Waiver of Claims: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Aorthea Health Inc., its founders, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages arising from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform. You explicitly waive any right to bring a claim of medical malpractice, wrongful death, or personal injury against Aorthea Health Inc.
  • International Safe Harbor: Users accessing the Platform outside the United States do so at their own risk and agree that this limitation of liability applies globally, superseding specific local healthcare liability statutes to the extent permissible by the governing laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

4. Compliance with App Store and Payment Gateway Policies

In strict compliance with the policies set forth by Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store:
